The sales department was great. Iris helped us every step of the way.... however. The service department is a joke and is crap. They don't call to let you know when parts are in to fix your home, they don't call to initiate appointments, even if you give them a list of things that need to be fixed initially... don't count on them kowing what they are doing when they get there. There's a reason why Alamo Homes is such a big company. They're prices are excellent and they have they carry the same factories as everyone else. The staff is very helpful. As soon as you walk in the door, they explain everything from top to bottom.
Alamo Homes definitely came through with helping my husband and I purchase our new home. We had been turned away from certain Manufacturers Home companies because our credit was not where it should have been. The credit team Christopher Williams and Mrs Cristina Guerra worked with us on repairing our credit and were patient with us when explaining how credit repair works.
