I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr. Norsworthy and his caring staff has been for us. I would highly recommend this clinic for your cat. Dr Norsworthy and staff are caring, friendly and extremely competent. My vet recommended Dr Norsworthy for radiation treatment following a diagnosis of a thyroid tumor. I felt at ease right away after meeting and talking with Dr Norsworthy. My cat, Aggie, was there for a week of treatment and then home to confinement for 2 weeks. Yesterday my vet ran tests and he is doing well.....and has gained 2#! I am very pleased with the care Aggie received.
We recently visited Alamo Feline Center for the first time. During this visit it was confirmed that I had chosen the right veterinarian for our cat Chloe. It was a very positive experience from the initial conversation with his office staff, the exam with Dr. Norsworthy and the patience, care and compassion our cat received while in their care. Dr. Gary Norsworthy and the Alamo Feline Health Center (AFHC) have been part of our kitty family for 13 years that we have lived in San Antonio. Over the course of this period he has cared for our Maine Coons and other breeds. When we moved here, we received a recommendation from our feline-only vet in Kansas City. When we moved here in 2000, I decided based on the name that Alamo Feline Health Center was where my cat, Shadow, would go. And I wasn't disappointed. Dr. Gary Norsworthy is very knowledgeable about cats. In fact, I have learned that he has written text books on cats. He and his entire staff are very caring. Shadow is long gone, but he is still our vet for all our cats.
Just got back from getting Wilbur's annual exam and booster shots and I'm thinking, 'I've been a client of Dr. Gary Norsworthy for over 30 years. I should tell others how wonderful he is.' Dr. Norsworthy's veterinary practice is exclusively for cats and he has taken excellent care of my dozens of them over these many years. He genuinely loves cats and is skilled, gentle, and caring, with even a specialty in geriatric cats. For truly superior care for your fur baby, you can't go wrong here.
