I am so thankful that I was referred to Alamo Feline. I had a very sick kitty when I went for the first visit back in the beginning of June. He is being treated for intestinal lymphoma. Now, he has had 5 treatments and gaining weight and feeling better. He is starting to act like a kitty again. I thought I was going to lose my kitty, Marley, but I am happy to say Dr. Norsworthy is working miracles. This specific treatment that he uses has been successful and no side effects, we are very happy with the results so far. I love ... read more
I relocated to SA from Austin and I'm so happy I found Alamo Feline Health Center. Dr. Nosworthy took excellent care of my kitty with a broken leg. The care and compassion was above excellence. Patches is coming along wonderfully thanks to such experienced and dedicated care. THANK YOU ALL!
I had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Gary Norsworthy take care of my kitty. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and will treat your cat like one of his own. I took my cat Mooshi looking for a second opinion and it was the best possible decision I could have made! She had a horrible knee injury (torn ACL, posterior cruciate, lateral ligaments and meniscus) and was not able to put any weight on her hind leg at all, Dr. Norsworthy was so attentive, honest and kind when talking to me about our options, now about 2 mont... read more
I have 4 cats who all see Dr Norsworthy or Dr Restine. Weâ??ve had nothing but outstanding care every time, and unfortunately this week, I had to bring my cat with kidney failure in to be put to sleep. I didnâ??t have an appointment, but Dr Norsworthy took us immediately, and his staff was so caring and helpful. He confirmed Arthur could not get any better, and he made certain Arthur felt zero pain. Once again I am grateful to the Alamo Feline Health Center. Always the best care.
My cat was experiencing an aweful situation. She had what was thought to be a large body of fluid around here bladder. My local vet couldn't figure it out so she recommened we travel to the Alamo Feline Health Clinic in San Antonio. It was a 3 hour drive but ended up being well worth it! Dr Norsworthy did some extensive examining with an ultrasound and finally realized it was a large "bag" looking cyst that was as 3 times the size of the cat's bladder. He did surgery on her the next day and sucessfully removed the large cyst... read more
I highly recommend the Alamo Feline Health Center. The doctors and staff are great. They are professional, knowledgeable and invested in your cat's health. My cat was diagnosed with mega colon a year ago which required medication 3 times a day and regular vet visits for enemas (poor kitty). A risky and expensive surgery was the other option. A vet at an emergency vet hospital recommended that I take my cat to Dr. Norsworthy at the Alamo Feline Health Center. She indicated that he runs the only feline exclusive practice in Sa... read more

Our kitty was diagnosed to have a thyroid tumor - and our local vet recommended Dr. Norsworthy when medications didn't assist. Thank goodness - after radiation and a cyst removal, Tommy is back to himself. The team at Alamo Feline Health Center is professional and caring - cannot say enough nice things about this team. We are blessed to have a resource for feline health in the Alamo City!
Our four cats have been patients at Alamo Feline for over ten years. While two of the cats are no longer with us (having both lived to 18 years), we would not consider having any other clinic treat our remaining two (ages 15 and 16). You can tell that Dr. Gary Norsworthy, his associate vets and vet techs all care for cats. They are gentle â?? always making our cats comfortable â?? they are thorough in their exams, descriptive in ensuring that we understand what treatment or procedures might be important for our senior animal... read more
