I didn't get the bill yet. He repaired the roof drain exhaust pipe that had a leak around the pipe collar. Now, we don't smell sewer gases when we do the laundry. We are waiting for a good rain to see how the other repair holds up. He appears to be very good at his trade. I would highly recommend him to everybody The job had complications; solar panels had to be removed in order to get to the problem. There was some delay until the solar energy engineers could do their work first.
Fast response to request. Used images to show exact problems. On-time and great clean-up. I recommend.
