Everyone was very professional and I was very pleased with the final product. The crew ensured my property was covered and they cleaned up really well. I would certainly recommend to others in need of a new roof.
They made this process very pain free and were very understanding of our needs and concerns. We are more than thrilled with the final result. Came in at a much better price than others we met with as well.
Never showed up didn't call to cancel or reschedule. Confirmed yesterday I took off for work and got nothing it was very inconvenient., however, they did call me back, they came out apologized, explained their personnel issue and now I am modifying this R&R to reflect that the work is done to my satisfaction.
The guys just left and it didn't take them long at all to do my roof repairs. Great job and polite gentlemen! I would definitely recommend them!
They were unprofessional and the work was not done in a timely fashion. They showed up at our house unannounced and refused to handle any disputes. They will not call me back. They did not clean up their messes; I took care of it because I did not want them to come back.
The were very prompt in getting materials needed and coming to repair my roof, which greatly relieved my concern to prevent a leak. They were also very patient in explaining what needed to be done and understanding my request and need for an immediate repair of shingles that had blown off my roof. I highly recommend AlamB Roofing as they are very professional, courteous, patient, understanding. prompt and efficient in getting the work done, and reasonably priced.
