called to see if I can get my son on ABA service, the lady who answered the phone was so rude, one of the worst I had encountered. She said in a rude tone we are not taking any new patient. I asked can I place my son on the wait list, she replied with the same stuck up/rude tone saying the wait is 2 years. I said can I put my son on the wait list, she said you can call back in 6 months then hung up. Do not waste time or money on this place, don't trust a service who can't treat people politely to treat your kid.
Called to inquire about services for my som. I couldn’t even talk to the guy over the phone without feeling frustrated. It felt like he didn’t even want to help and was very rude.
