I called Tony Friday, and he came Friday! I had a major water damage problem which he started on right away. He and his crew were back at 8:00 am Saturday to continue the work. They have made amazing progress thus far, and I am so thankful for their prompt help. This is not an overnight job, but things are certainly progressing nicely. At this point I am looking forward to writing another glowing review when the job is completed. Tony is awesome!
Customer service is top-notch!! They went above and beyond to help me get my carpets cleaned, plus helped us discover a water leak that we didn’t know we had!! So friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend them to everyone!! 👍👍👍
They have been so great today! I came into work this morning to find standing water😑 but they came as soon as I called & Tony was my lifesaver 😅 🤔well & my floor tear-Er-upper, my walls dryer-outer, my mover & calmer-downer😂 😳but really, in just a few hours he had moved my entire salon out, had all my floors ripped out, drying out the Sheetrock, & calmed me down😳😬 I couldn’t be happier😊 🤔well maybe if I would have gotten to meet Tony under different circumstances😬
We’ve hired Tony and his crew several times, both for water damage restoration and for carpet cleaning. They always go above and beyond to take care of us and our property during these stressful times!
Aladen Carpet came in and saved the day. We are so happy our insurance adjuster called them. They're very professional, polite and friendly. They even found another water leak right before the walls were finished. He brought candles and helped us in any way he could. Cant imagine anyone else doing the job as well. Thank you again!
Aladen carpet did a wonderful job with my home carpet. 2 years in a new home and 2 dogs gave our carpet alot of stains and smells, but today looks good as new! I will be using them again in the future. Great customer service and very affordable. 5 out of 5 from me!
