This company was Awesome! I called them in desperate need and within hours they were not only at my home, but finished the job! They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. I scared my wife this afternoon as she didn't hear me come in as the new garage opener was so quite compared to the old one. Great Job Aladdin Garage Doors. I strongly recommend this company!

Great reliable service because this company listens to my needs and actually provided honest input. Even though I wanted this grand and fancy garage door from the Street of Dreams in a small NE Portland neighborhood. This company actually told me the pros and cons of going this route right off the bat which you can tell they were no where close in upselling me. This company is honest and they are great to work with. I would definitely come back if needed a new garage door and refer to anyone I know!

Had appointment scheduled in a two hour window. Adjusted my schedule to be home during that two hour window. About an hour after the end of the window I called and left message. When they called back they said we had no firm appointment, that I was suppose to call and set one. Absolute lie told to make their error my fault. If they had said sorry we screwed up I would have rescheduled. But since they lied to me I would never do business with them.

Did a great job tuning my door. He was honest and quick getting the work complete, he charged me less than his original quote. Will use them in the future for sure.
