Wow, Alladin Doors and Richard! Way to build positive relations! I have water pooling under my door near side railings. I thought I would need new door weatherstripping on sides and bottom of the door. After Richard checked out my door he honestly told me I that those two items would not help my problem. He explained how a bottom threshold could help the problem. But it was not something that Aladdin carried. Such a good experience! We bought 2 springs from them to repair our garage door but it was beyond fixing, so we decided to get a new door. Not only were their prices very competitive, they even took the springs back and credited us. They came out fast and got the job done quickly. Beautiful door!
Three weeks ago I had a spring break under warranty. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay for labor but they came out promptly and repaired it. Two days ago a spring slipped and pulled one side of the door up about three inches. This time they sent out Hawaii Joe. This time I watched the entire job to see what was going on with this adjustment. Joe loosened up everything from scratch and reset the door. We have used Aladdin for repairs several times over the past few years and have always been pleased with their service. Yesterday a spring broke and Joe came out to fix it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous and really worked to educate us on our options and make the right choice for repair. We would definitely recommend Joe and Aladdin Doors!
