Love Dr. Jerome Fiorella he has been my dentist for years. The front desk folks are an exemplary group and the dental hygienists are top notch as well.

Hope explained in more detail of how the deep cleaning process is done and that if their were any issues with the Insurance they would work with me to get them straightened out. I also had pleasant conversation on Halloween and how this is Hope's favorite Holiday as they decorates their house and her and her husband dress up. She also said that she would show me some pictures, but we never got around to showing me. I guess that is something I will have to ask to see on my next visit. Arrived at 7:00 and was taken in to the room by 7:05am. I was their for a cleaning, Hope is the normal person I see. She was not in on the day of my appointment and another took her place. Well the appointment went well and she did a thorough job of cleaning on the left side of my month. When she said she was done, I questioned why she hadn't cleaned the right side and she stated they only do one quadrant at a time. Mr. Wright, I am sorry for the confusion..you came in for a deep cleaning and it is different than a normal cleaning.The hygienist was correct in saying we only do one quad at a time..she chose to do the entire upper section..and the amount of time spent on each area depends on the amount of work that needs to be done..some areas are more involved than others..at you next appointment Hope will reevaluate the areas and we will go from there...and your insurance will not be billed for a 2nd cleaning..this procedure is entirely... read more
