Everyone is always so pleasant and nice here, from the people who greet you to the actual dentists themselves. My hygienist, Hope, does a fantastic job of always being thorough, but doing it with a delicate touch. She is always careful not to hurt me or make my gums bleed, which is extremely important to me. There's nothing I hate worse than gripping the chair while someone kills my gums. Hope also does a fantastic job making the environment pleasant and happy. Upon arrival, I was greeted and had to update my file. The receptionist/front desk employee was friendly, easy to direct me on what and where to actually fill out my info, and provided me with a friendly introduction to the dental facility. Tammy was my hygienist, and as the employee who took me back to my room. Initial greeting showed a happy and socially friendly outlook, and I was very comfortable with her doing the needed work on my teeth. I needed a tray for bleaching made, and I also needed a cleaning. VERY NICE PLACE TO GO
I was scared when I came there because I had a bad experience with a dentist in Maryland. I was in pain when he was fixing my teeth. But my dentist at Alabaster Dental care he was awesome felt no pain and he was funny made you laugh. He also cared about saving your teeth he was determined he was going to save my teeth. The staff there were awesome and loving. My husband is going to come now. Thank you all for caring
