Recommended5 stars Exceeded expectations all the way around. Staff was professional and courteous. I was seen right on time and had both items addressed I came in for plus Jason found a pre-cancerous spot I didn’t even know I had that my prior derm missed. I’m very pleased with my visit
Staff unprofessional and rude. The doctor lacks courtesy and communication skills with patients. Quick and inaccurate diagnoses.
Came in earlier than they required... appointment was at 9:10 am, finally called me back at at 9:40 am. There was no one there... so why did it take so long?? Informed by the nurse that the only did head to waist exams(?) WHAT (?) when I told her that I have had issue with places in my legs before, she ask me if I had anything on my legs that need to be seen... my reply was “ well, I am not a doctor “.... Dr came in was in about 2-3 minutes. And apparently I have been just letting doctors cut on me for no reason... this man ... read more
Worst excuse for customer service as I have ever seen Been trying to get my script filled that they wrote, Pharmacy has a few questions but I can't get them to call them Very sad, Wait till I see Jason at a Bama game, he sits next to me, I'm gonna light him up
Had to wait for over an hour to see the dr (even though I had an appointment). Dr talked to me for less than 20 seconds before sticking me with a needle - didn't even explain what he was going to do and didn't sterilize the area first. WILL NEVER GO BACK!
Excellent staff. Very prompt. Would highly recommend.
Love Dr. Lockridge and his staff. Miss not seeing them.
I have been using this office for about 3 years now and every time I go in or call they are VERY RUDE and don't wanna work with you. I dont have to go in but once or twice a year so i just would deal with it but Time for me to find a new place!!!!
