I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! I will be referring everyone I know to Dr. Rothman. From the nurse who called me back forward the experience was beyond wonderful for getting a tooth extracted. These are the first dental staff and oral surgeon I can say I love and like. Kimberley talked to me the whole time, Dr. Rothman came in and introduced himself, extended a hand shake and explained what would take place and gave me options. Sweetest nurses and make certain you are taken care of. Dr. Rothman and Dr. McKay are awesome would recommend to anyone especially if you have a fear like I do about anything dental.
The staff (Pell City location) was AMAZING!! Dr Rothman is truly a God sent! We had a consult and treatment appointment and I felt my daughter was in excellent hands!! Would definitely recommend😁
The staff here is very courteous and professional! They are very thorough with instructions which made today so much easier!! My daughter was somewhat nervous (so was I) but everyone was so nice and helpful!! Dr. Rothman called tonight to make sure my daughter was doing well and we really appreciated that..Thanks a bunch!! Dr Rothman removed my wisdom tooth yesterday. His professionalism and his friendly staff made the experience so much better than I was imagining. Dr Rothman even followed up with a phone call last night. Today I can't believe it...I feel great and have almost no signs of having had surgery yesterday except for the missing wisdom tooth. I would highly recommend Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery. (5+ Stars)

I'll be telling a friend about this place. The office was so neat and clean. The staff was so happy and polite. Dr. Mckay's impeccable bedside manners put me at ease so that immediately made me trust his abilities. The service was great from start to finish. Even when I was sedated it was like a peaceful quick nap. I woke up with a renewed faith in a place I had avoided in the past "the Dentist " Thanks Guys..
