This was my second year in a row using Dr. Rothman, once in May 2015 in the Pell City office & yesterday in the Birmingham office. My care was exceptional each time.
Yesterday I was a patient of Dr. Rothman and I couldn't be any more impressed than I am! He helped calm my nerves from the moment he walked in the room. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. His nurses were kind and helped ease my fear of getting an IV. I don't remember anything until I got into the car after the procedure was over. I am very thankful for that. Came in pain. Left all better. Abscess and extraction. Staff was awesome.
If you ever have to have your wisdom teeth out go here! I had mine out almost 4-5 days ago and today and yesterday was supposed to be my worst days for pain! The surgeons approach with the surgery is a little different but great because they almost never have problems with dry sockets! And even if I miss a dose of pain meds I'm am in little to no pain! Even after surgery I was coherent and Aware of everything so if you must get them Out, do it here!
They did emergency wisdom teeth extraction with two cysts on my daughter. What a phenomenal group of people. Dr Rothman was the best! My daughter recovered quicker than was supposed too. You can't get a better experience. Very caring staff!
You'll never experience better care! When we walked in, we were greeted by wonderful comforting people. Kindness, gentleness, and constant reassuring nurses. Nothing was hurried. You never felt like "get in-get out". People visited with me. Dr. McKay shared his story about spiritual growth. I love that man! My daughter had an excellent experience. We were the first patient of the day and they invited us to pray with them and they prayed for my daughter. Our appt. time was at 8 a.m. We were headed home by 8:40! All of the staff were so kind and helpful. Dr. Rothman called and checked on her a few hours later. The atmosphere in the office was calming. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
My son and I were a little early to our appointment this morning. When we walked in Dr. Rothman and his staff were gathered around getting ready to pray. He asked us if we'd like to join them. We gladly accepted. He prayed over his staff and their requests and also prayed for my son. This meant more to me than anything. He calmed my nerves and treated us so kindly. We will definitely be back for future treatment. Wonderful staff and a wonderful doctor. Thank you!
