My husband was a patient of Dr. Long at Alabama Ophthalmology Associates until we decided to seek care elsewhere. The wait time is unreasonable (you are simply shuffled from one crowded waiting area to another crowded waiting area), the staff is rude, and if you need assistance prior to planned surgery- you will not get it from his office personnel. Our son had to have a procedure at 4 months old. We have seen Dr. Davidson for the past 21 months. The last procedure we had I told her she was family and stuck with us, and that honestly rings true. Her bedside manner is amazing and she is efficient. She always answers my questions and never lets us leave without knowing the exact plan of care. We love Dr. Davidson and her team!
If I did not have to wait here 2 hrs or more Every visit I would give them 5 stars. It makes no sense to be at any doctor office this long. The staff is friendly and kind and doctor Bain is very good at her job.
