I HIGHLY recommend this practice, specifically Dr. Andrew Wang. He has managed my Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura during pregnancy and outside of pregnancy. During both of my pregnancies, my care has been seamless. He has ensured my platelets were high enough for labor and epidural every time. He’s prompt on working ahead to get insurance approvals for treatment. His NPs and nurses are kind and communicate well. Spoke with the lady who does Dr.Jones new patients and she was very rude. She had a nasty time the whole time I was speaking to her. I feel as if this is a place for people who have cancer that the 1st person they hear from not be someone who is so rude. I am hoping she does not set the tone for the office and that the DR will be nice and understanding since that girl was not. I don't suggest this practice or any kind of practice at Grandview. They banned me from the practice for having an attitude after dealing with rude staff. The charge nurse here at Grandview banned me and won't return or answer my call. Would suggest going somewhere else. Save your time and headache and use Brookwood
Great Doctor's and very friendly people. Everything went just like they said it would.
