Spoke with the lady who does Dr.Jones new patients and she was very rude. She had a nasty time the whole time I was speaking to her. I feel as if this is a place for people who have cancer that the 1st person they hear from not be someone who is so rude. I am hoping she does not set the tone for the office and that the DR will be nice and understanding since that girl was not. I don't suggest this practice or any kind of practice at Grandview. They banned me from the practice for having an attitude after dealing with rude staff. The charge nurse here at Grandview banned me and won't return or answer my call. Would suggest going somewhere else. Save your time and headache and use Brookwood
Great Doctor's and very friendly people. Everything went just like they said it would.
I called Dr. Shaily Lakhanpal's office today to set up an apmt. after my current doctor also within AL Oncology's office provided me a referral. The extremely unsympathetic and rude individual who answered my call let me know they do not accept transfers. I had previously had this discussion with two others in the office that never disclosed that information. This individual's response was to "just change practices" if I wanted to switch doctors.
