Dr Lay and his staff have been great! My quality of life has drastically improved after my procedures. Dr Lay is a great listener and was able to explain my issues and possible solutions with outstanding clarity. His staff assisted multiple times with acquiring paperwork and working with insurance. Highly recommend their expertise and services to anyone seeking competent care.

Dr. Sillers and his staff are all outstanding! He answered all of my questions and concerns. This was my very first surgery for a tonsillectomy as a 35 year old adult. Everyone at bedside was friendly and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you for your kindness!

Again, Dr. Sillers knew exactly what to do, and my hearing returned 100% over a period of 1-2 weeks! I'm 71 now and visited Dr. Sillers last week because I can no longer sing because certain notes cause my voice to crack and my voice is becoming raspy. He checked ... read more

No luck even getting through to the front desk to book an appointment. Answering services prompting a callback. Who has the luxury to wait for a call all day
