I had a very bad experience with this optometrist and his staff to start with I had an eye examination for glasses in which I already had a nice pair of frames so they took my frames and put lenses in them upon receiving them back I couldn't see out of them everything was blurry so I immediately contacted Alabama lions sight to hopefully get a resolution a couple of weeks went by with no response so I tried again this time I was contacted by a woman who told me that I had progressive lenses which I don't have and I explained... read more
I don't trust these people at all! I had a pair of glasses made from them and I couldn't see anything out of them everything was blurry after having my eyes re-examined with a different optometrist the prescription they gave me was night and day difference but alabama lions sight refused to change the prescription to what it should be I will NEVER use these people again!
Can't figure out why they set appointments before anyone is here.. 7:10 and waiting till past 7:30. Do better
Dr. OWEN was so rude to me! He has little patience for his patient's. He made me feel bad for not being able to read the chart. He said, "let's just not do this, you are apparently not ready for an exam!" He had just put eye drops in my eyes and they were blurry. He really made me feel very insufficient. Will not be seeing him again!
