I arrived today for a new patient appointment exactly 6 minutes late. The receptionist was very rude to me for being late and told me the dr wouldn’t see me. I explained that I was only a few minutes late and have been trying to see someone for months. The receptionist snapped back at me and said “well what’s wrong with you? So Unprofessional. I was trying to change primary’s I had called back in March, got an appointment for April 30, I called them a few days before asking if they needed any of my information. They said they NEVER booked me for an appointment. So they scheduled me for June 12. I had to wait 2 months. I have been attempting to call and make a checkup appointment for weeks. However, every time I call, I wait on a long hold and if I’m lucky enough to get the receptionist, they place me on hold and then hang up. Otherwise, I will stay on hold until the phone eventually disconnects.
Jan at the front desk is horrible. She’s the meanest most rude person that my family has ever met. She has blessed me out when I came for my appointment a long time ago ( it was so bad that I have not forgotten how I was treated) when I asked an insurance question. As a matter of fact she was so rude that day the staff literally took me to the back of the clinic and helped me themselves get in touch with my insurance.
