Yikes! Customer service. We came by looking to purchase a new queen size bed, and the sales lady only said hi and walked right past to an older couple behind us to ask how she could help them. Now we were in T-shirt and jeans because we were riding around today, so we didn't look professional. I guess an Alabama T-shirt isn't up to their standards. Oh well. On to the next.

I had a wonderful, first time experience here. My mother and I decided to pop in and check it out since I was looking for a new living room set. We were not "jumped" on like at other furniture places, and the atmosphere was calm and quiet. All items were clearly marked, with place of origin and prices. The prices for the quality of their stuff is amazing! Kaitlyn (sp?) Was very knowledgeable and listened to our needs. She was also very patient and very thorough with her answers to our questions. Best service and prices and excellent delivery service. I was actually expecting a bed today at 10:45. Got the call at 9:45 that they were 15 minutes away. And another surprise! The piece of the couch we ordered was already in too (expected in 2-3 weeks). The first (and usually only) place we buy furniture.
AFM ROCKS... I moved to Calera just a little over 9 months ago. I purchased a couch and a few other items. Over the Christmas holiday I had a few friends over and when one sat down my couch broke, needless to say AFM replaced it without hesitation. So who would you choose for your furniture store? As for me and my house AFM all the way!!!!
