I love your store.... No one can compete with your unique pieces and great prices! Your merchandising is second to none. The vignettes you create make the buyer want the entire package! I have recently moved from Shelby to Marengo county. As a designer, when people ask where to buy unique furniture or accessories in the Bham area, you are THE one I recommend! It is definitely worth the drive to visit your store

We received top notch service yesterday on one of the busiest shopping days...we went in to look at mattresses (something that we do not enjoy shopping for & have attempted to purchase for over a yr but kept getting overwhelmed w/all the choices & putting it off) Within an hour we were on our way back home w/a new mattress in tow! Plus one of the employees agreed to take our old mattress off our hands which was a HUGE relief & help to us! Just like that we had a long dreaded process over & done with! Thank you AFM!!!
Customer service has become non-existent. We bought Ashley Furniture and were told it was good furniture. Our sofa is coming apart as well as the matching chair. Alabama Furniture Market now says that Ashley is lower end furniture that we should expect to replace after 5 and 1/2 years. They told me to contact Ashley who told me to contact the store. Total run around. BEWARE!

You purchased your sofa at around $500 in 2009. While we do try to offer the best customer service possible (in fact, we have in the recent past replaced other furniture you purchased from us after multiple years), it is not always a possibility after such a long time has elapsed. This is absolutely the worst customer service we have ever had. Wouldn't take their furniture if they offered it for free!!!!!
