Had the best experience! Went to a super nice furniture store on 280 and found a couch we liked. Then we drive to Calera to AFM where we found the exact same couch not only for $1000 cheaper but in stock as well and had it sitting in my living room within hours! I'm sure not all experiences will be that perfect but the sales staff is so nice and knowledgeable and the show room is large and very well organised. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
From the beginning there service was horrible. I had to practically beg someone to help me. Then after I ordered the furniture and paid in cash, it took 3 months and many phone calls to get my furniture delivered. Oh and how about when I asked if they could change delivery time, they sad an emphatic "no." Like I said, terrible customer service.
