I bought 2000.00 worth furniture there, bought extended warranty. Now I have a problem with the sofa, and was told the warranty would not cover it. Why buy a warranty if it does not cover??? They were not helpful and offered no compensation. I feel I wasted my money on the warranty. Sales person told me it covered EVERYTHING. Disappointed and upset.

We love the furniture here. Prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately we will not purchase anything here. We came in ready to buy a sofa, loveseat, kitchen table and chairs and a large kitchen island. We would have been easily sold on all of the above as we knew the exact pieces we were interested in. One rude salesperson cost the store our business. They obviously don’t need it since they are doing well enough to turn cash in hand customers away. Very, very disappointed.

The sales person was extremely nice and I paid cash for the floor model tv stand. It was delivered a few days later however by the most rude and disrespectful delivery people I have ever met. If it was up to them, they would had just set my furniture on the curb and drove off. They acted like it was a major inconvenience to put it where I wanted it. Best place to buy furniture! You can’t ask for a better selection or friendlier people. The owners and staff are fantastic. If I could rate them 10 stars I would! Our furniture comes in fast and as expected or better! LOVE LOVE LOVE them
