I was very impressed with the experience that I had with my first visit as a patient at Alabama ENT and Allergy. Dr Robertson and his staff exceeded my expectations. I felt listened to, understood and left with an action plan for my care that was explained with clarity.
They were really professional, responsive and friendly here.
Dr. Robertson is great and his bedside manner is great. I never leave a bad review because everyone can have a bad day and this world is hard enough to live in. BUT...our health care in regards to insurance coverage and placing so much on the patient is laziness wrapped in an excuse. I had a scope placed in my nose for a few minutes and was charged $193 on top of my $75 copay.
