My ENT re-referred me back here and I immediately got ptsd from my last experience. I wanted to bring attention to this matter. I was referred to this practice 1.5 years ago by my ENT for hearing loss. I am a stay-at-home mom and had to bring my kids with me to this appointment. Keep in mind my kids are young but well behaved. The girls who did my hearing test were extremely sweet. The staff are wonderful, and the doctors take the appropriate time to make sure you're fully informed about what's going on. I left my first visit with no questions about my future operation. I believe the doctors here to be unrivaled in their knowledge and dedication to their study. I was worried about the future of my hearing until I walked out of my first appointment.
Staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend
Dr. Pappas is wonderful and helpful, however, the wait times are unacceptable. I don’t understand why appointments are given if the doctors can’t accommodate them.

I’ve seen him periodically over the years, and he’s always taken time to discuss my health, asks great and thoughtful questions, and genuinely cares to improve his patients quality of life.
