*Only reason they get 1 star* Dr. Pappas is amazing. He diagnosed and treated my Meniere's disease in 2025. Follow-up to my procedure went great. However, there is no cure for my condition, only maintenance of IT injections if effective. *Low sodium diet(minimum processed foods), PT, sleep, & less stress.* A bad Vertigo episode led me back before my scheduled yearly recheck(Oct). ⭐️⭐️ I apparently misunderstood the nature of my appointment. I thought I had scheduled an appointment with an ear specialist. As it turns out, I had been granted a rare audience with THE GREAT AND POWERFUL OZ MCGREW. My first mistake was assuming that an appointment time represented an actual time. My ENT re-referred me back here and I immediately got ptsd from my last experience. I wanted to bring attention to this matter. I was referred to this practice 1.5 years ago by my ENT for hearing loss. I am a stay-at-home mom and had to bring my kids with me to this appointment. Keep in mind my kids are young but well behaved. The girls who did my hearing test were extremely sweet. The staff are wonderful, and the doctors take the appropriate time to make sure you're fully informed about what's going on. I left my first visit with no questions about my future operation. I believe the doctors here to be unrivaled in their knowledge and dedication to their study. I was worried about the future of my hearing until I walked out of my first appointment.
Staff is great, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend
