Dr. Pappas is wonderful and helpful, however, the wait times are unacceptable. I don’t understand why appointments are given if the doctors can’t accommodate them.
What an excellent experience at Alabama Ear Specialist. Dr. Pappas is absolutely wonderful. I’ve seen him periodically over the years, and he’s always taken time to discuss my health, asks great and thoughtful questions, and genuinely cares to improve his patients quality of life. I have no hesitation in encouraging friends and families alike to seek all their otology healthcare needs through his practice. My wife had her ears cleaned of a huge accumulation of wax. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were very friendly and did not rush. They cheerfully answered all our questions. We will cheerfully return there even though it is a 2 hour drive.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. It did take a while but to be expected with how thorough they are. Would highly recommend.
Dr Pappas is wonderful and the audiologist, Todd is too! Unfortunately, it takes about 4 months to get an appointment even as an established patient. More for new patients.
