The staff are wonderful, and the doctors take the appropriate time to make sure you're fully informed about what's going on. I left my first visit with no questions about my future operation. I believe the doctors here to be unrivaled in their knowledge and dedication to their study. I was worried about the future of my hearing until I walked out of my first appointment.

Dr. Pappas is wonderful and helpful, however, the wait times are unacceptable. I don’t understand why appointments are given if the doctors can’t accommodate them.

My wife had her ears cleaned of a huge accumulation of wax. The nurse practitioner and the doctor were very friendly and did not rush. They cheerfully answered all our questions. We will cheerfully return there even though it is a 2 hour drive.
