Office staff does not know how to figure out Insurance Coverage . I went in with 2 insurance cards and was told office could not distinguish which one was primary so I should go home ( with out being seen) and call both insurance companies and for me to figure it out . I was very sick at the time . I went across the street to the other ENT physicians with both insurance cards in hand and was seen immediately and the office staff had absolutely no problems with my insurance cards . RecommendedDr. Benoit is one of the best! I have been to other ENT Dr's in the past and none have been able to help my issues like he has. The staff is always friendly and there usually isn't a long wait!
