Alabama Auto Center, located on Three Notch Road in Mobile, has left me with a terrible experience. The owner, *************************************, was unprofessional and made several inappropriate sexual advances towards my wife during our visit. Furthermore, the work he completed on my car was extremely unsatisfactory and I was so happy to leave his establishment that I left without several missing personal items (camera, iPad, a checkbook) that were originally left inside the vehicle but were obviously removed while my ... read more
Absolutely horrible business practices. Alabama Auto Center fraudulently set up a towing deal with a tenant in a shopping center shared with 10 other tenants. The shopping center has a shared parking lot, with no spaces reserved for specific tenants. As a result, Alabama Auto Center towed a number of cars of customers of other tenants, as well as the owner's cars of some of the other businesses. State Farm sent them to pick up my car. The driver was greasy, dirty and smoking while talking to me. He also had his family in the truck. I will never use them or recommend them.

They are not even worth 1 star they charged my grandpa 80 years old 400.00 to tow a car 8 miles. Not good service what so ever karma is a B and I pray it's served soon. You make me sick.
They break other things in your car and then do substandard repairs of it. ..like electrical tape on a radiator. Lucky it didn't burn up my engine!
