Great customer service. I have been buying or leasing my cars from Al Serra for many years. I have always been satisfied with the sales staff and the service department. I just picked up my new Equinox from Glenn Libtow who has helped me with my last 3 leased cars. He was a great helping me to get the best deal.

bought a used car this weekend but not from al serra the sales man was rude didn't want to show me anything and had no interest in accully making a sale! I have purchased 2 used vehicles in the last 4 years always get a pre approval and when i go to a dealer the jump at the chance to not have to work as hard to get someone approved for a loan. We had a poor experience with Al Serra. Our truck needed warranty work and we decided to have some other work done as well. They had the truck for a month before we got it back and then it started having horrible electrical issues (making it unsafe to drive) on the way home. Al Serra took zero ownership of the problem and said is was coincidence but I can’t see how the truck had no electrical problems before sending it to the shop. They won’t even consider that they had made a mistake and it cost us over $600!! Not to mentio... read more
