⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the open buffet was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from the Hilton Jeddah. Most of the food was cold and did not taste fresh. Even the Umm Ali dessert was below expectations and lacked its usual rich flavor. I truly hope the hotel improves the quality and freshness of the buffet, as the location and service deserve a much better dining experience.
