I'm not Sure Al Piemonte cares about their customers or employees all that much. yes the employees are friendly enough... yes they smile at you as they explain that no, they can't turn down or change the disco music blasting through the speakers of their waiting lounge because it's the only station without commercials. They send you nice little text messages inviting you to respond to the text with anything you need but 3 texts later no one responds... none of this is game changing though.
