After closing the sale, forget about any follow-up. They throw everything possible for add ons, but when I called for an explanation of what it covered, I never received a callback. That included the dealership manager. I never received any paperwork on an expensive Ultimate Protect Plan. As a result, I tried to cancel it, but they refused to talk to me. Fortunately, I like my car. Regret buying from them.

I Would never do business with anyone associated with **** *********** (not a decent human being) Everyone else at this dealership was amazing unfortunately **** made me regret doing business with GMC and Al Piemonte **** would only approve to buff the damage left by them buffing damage on the hood they were covering up and that damage was not disclosed to me at the time of sale instead they left the vehicle covered in salt so could not see it while I went ahead with all the paperwork No one buys a 100k auto with ***********... read more

Just went today may 25 2024 at 4:14pm for a Buick encore gx preferred but they don't have any of these cars. Bait a switch and just want to run my credit before they talk to me. The people that work there don't know anything posted on their own website about the gx preferred 299 a month with 0 down and due at signing as advertised. Bait and switch at the worse. Tried to purchase a 90 thousand dollar suv from this dealership. Ready to send cash for vehicle. They sent **** of sale with a ******************************************************** mentioned before **** of sale. This was basically a detail pkg that was not told about or asked if I wanted it. They said this standard operating procedure but I think this is misleading and fraudulent. Very underhanded and criminal. If they add ****$ to every vehicle they sell wow adds up fast! Really zero stars!

My vehicle was a total loss. The vehicle was purchased in December 2020, and my mother purchased and she signed for me a vehicle. Short story on August 10, 2021 I was hit and my vehicle was a total loss. Horrible place to shop for a car. Stopped by the dealer to purchase a new vehicle. The salesman was extremely pushy and unprofessional. He came back with a price tag of over $100,000 with fees he didnt know what they are for. He did not follow any COVID safety rules, no mask and put out his hand. I bought my first truck there, a mitsubishi outlander. LOVED IT. Loved the car and loved Kevin's team that I worked with. After my 3 years, I decided that I wanted a new vehicle so I decided to go back there because I had such a good experience the first time.
