Life changes and gets in the way sometimes. It had been about a decade since my last visit. Imagine my surprise to find my favourite things still on the menu--- and exactly as I remembered! It was EXCELLENT! Margherita pizza, Pasta in the pink (as it used to be called), washed down with the perfect martini followed by the pear and walnut tart and fresh ice cream. It's a great place to go and relax food is very good
Food and atmosphere were fantastic. Staff not so much. Bartenders upstairs were extremely rude, server was difficult to understand and we received no conformation call for our reservation of 7 people.
Used to be a really great restaurant....not so much anymore. The service is lousy. Staff is someone rude and uncaring. Food is good, but not worth the experience or price. That was my last visit to Al Forno. Too many better restaurants with much better service.
It was ok but not my favorite place! They didnt give us a nice table and over cooked my veal. Also the server didnt know half of our questions .. i wont come back for sure!
