Today was my 1st visit to this facility. The staff was great, especially the technician, Nicole. Thankyou so much for being patient with me today. Your professionalism & compassion was above standard. I got through my anxieties thanks to you. I had no wait time. Soon as I finished the paperwork the mri challenge began. The parking lot is somewhat small, but I had no problems. The bathroom was very clean, which is a plus. The mri table was not so pleasant. My neck & back are hurting. The parking lot is a test BUT, the staff were excellent...kind, friendly, helpful , patient, respectful etc. My only complaint is that my back hurt so badly after I couldn't stand up straight. It's 2025 in the USA...mak we a machine that accommodate people with back pain please! My tech bent over backwards to try to make me more comfortable and was pleasant. Not her fault.
I was nervous.before the test and happy after .ty girls for making 5 so comfortable.
