After waiting 6 weeks, driving an hour, my appt was canceled for reasons unknown and then I could not an appt.
I was very frustrated by my initial interaction with the Cardiology Office itself. I was scheduled to have a surgery performed and the insurance denied it. There was little to no communication on the office's part regarding what to do next. I felt like a sitting duck. I called in and cancelled, stated why, and they said they would pass the info on. Dr. Hedrick and team have helped me live better, healthier and longer. They always take the time to talk with me and ensure that my health comes first. From check-ups to heart caths, I've seen what they can do, and it is excellent.
Dr Z Laiq is absolutely fabulous. She is kind, brilliant, and has a great sense of humor. She took my case seriously and was determined to help, clearly explaining test results and care plan. Virtually no wait, nurse and reception staff were friendly.
