Not every therapist is a good fit for the client. I have seen therapists in the past that could barely speak English. I have been coming here for about a year and it has helped me immensly. My therapist is kind, experienced, open and compassionate.

This is a great places with great therapist
I have been a client with Akron Family for over 10 years, and have experienced therapy there both as a minor and as an adult. I have seen four therapists, Mandy, Melissa, Kristen and Lynsey; each one has had an overwhelmingly positive impact on my success as an adult and I cherish the work done with each of them. I recommend Akron Family to anyone in need of support through any type of adversity without fear of judgement.
Met with Beth. Not impressed. In the several meetings we had she spoke a great deal of herself and her interactions with other clients. Additionally, she spoke (did not identify by name) of other clients and the things they are experiencing. In the end, when asked what she knew of me after meeting multiple times, she could not answer. Unqualified and lacking professional integrity in my opinion.
