I have been having colonoscopies with Akron Digestive at least 2 times & have no complaints about them. However, I have had issues that I needed to actually see someone there. I saw a nurse practitioner that listened and ordered tests. I had continued concerns that I could only address to the LPN which she would then give the message to the nurse practitioner. I was NOT ALLOWED to speak on the phone to the nurse practitioner because she is "busy" so you need to email the LPN. Is this really a way to handle a business... read more
