Love this urgent care for my kids. We drive pretty far out of the way to go here. Love the staff, drs, and nurses, except for the Dr we saw today. Dr Nnadozie was not warm, seemed bothered by my questions, literally said “I’ve already explained this” at one point. Said my son needed a chest X-ray which I’m not sure he really needed it. Said his ears were clear of infection and I asked if she could see fluid buildup and I was told their tools cannot detect fluid buildup in the ears and no pediatric office can. I took three of my kids to be seen at the same time. Everyone was incredibly thorough, understanding, patient, and kind. Each of the three kids had a different illness requiring its own medication and specific diagnosis. The doctor took time out of his day to create a chart for me that listed their illness and the medications they were going to be taking to treat them. I was beyond grateful for the care they provided!

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times for my kids. Pros: never had a really long wait, the nurses are friendly and most of the doctors are as well Cons: The male receptionist/medical assistant is not great with kids. He is impatient and uncaring toward my kids and me. I have never had an enjoyable experience with this employee. He unfortunately has been there every time I’ve had to go. The staff are amazing here. We were on a roadtrip passing through Akron and our toddler fell and hit her head. They were responsive, knowledgeable and immediately helpful. They were thorough in their exam and made us and our daughter feel at ease. She was especially a fan of the popsicle and sticker they gave her :) Highly recommend!
