They keep making appointments for my daughter EVERY SINGLE MONTH for the last year to try and make her gain weight. I don't know if they're blind, but me and her father are not fat people or tall people. My oldest is the same way. Healthy but small. I'm not even 5ft myself, a grown woman. The doctors and NPs are very caring, kind, and responsive. When my son is sick or has an issue, they respond quickly and either schedule an appointment within a day or two or give advice remotely.
My son never sees the same doctor. They bounce us around constantly because there’s never any openings then you wait forever just to see a doctor. I have called and been put on hold towards the end of the day only to stay on hold until they close . Half the time they are using WebMD to give you answers. All the good doctors are gone or have moved on from the facility.
My son's occupational therapist, Miss Kayla, is awesome. He loves spending time with her. She is patient and kind and has taught me many useful strategies for me to be able to help him.
