From the moment we called to the moment we walked out, this was hands down the best medical visit we’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and beyond amazing with our two-year-old daughter. They made her (and us!) feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. We were truly blown away by their warmth, efficiency, and the way they worked so quickly to help relieve our daughter’s pain. 10/10 experience — thank you so much for everything!
Absolutely amazing. The time the nurses spend with the child was so comforting. They do an excellent job making the child feel comfortable as well before going back to the O.R.
Absolutely amazing! We’re from the Akron area but took the 40 minute drive for my daughter’s ear tubes and the staff is phenomenal! They have made her feel comfortable since the money we stepped foot in the door. At one point I was confused if I was at a party or a doctors office! They played her favorite music, danced with her, blew bubbles, gave her piggy back rides and multiple little gifts! I will hands down make this drive over and over again!
Navigation of this building needs many improvements. More signs of exactly where to go and how to get there. The sign outside the building is for urgent care and specialty care only. The pediatrician wellness visits are somewhere else in the building. Good luck finding it as the employees do not give clear directions on how to there nor will they offer to show you.
