Karianne gerber is a great doctor I absolutely love her
In-house staff, doctors and nurses are all wonderful. HOWEVER, their scheduling staff, specifically Kennedy, is of ZERO help. She speaks to patients on the phone as if they are to know all procedures and schedules, then gets rude and snippy if they don't. Instead of her continuing to belittle and be snarky towards me, I politely ended the phone call. Her employment should be terminated.
Went for my child's cough, and they said mg child wasn't sick and prescribed antihistamines. The next day I had to witness my child have a seizure from a fever because they wouldn't treat the symptoms. Went to hospital and she needed steroids. Been fighting to get back in for a little over a month because the cough is still not gone. Was told they don't schedule appointments outside the day you call. Finally we got ahold of another person and somehow magically they were able to schedule but not until three days later.
The doctors seem to do a good job and seem to really care. Although, my husband and I were rubbed the wrong way after the one Doctor said “Ok, you can have your crazy baby back.” Offensive
