The doctors and NPs are very caring, kind, and responsive. When my son is sick or has an issue, they respond quickly and either schedule an appointment within a day or two or give advice remotely.
My son never sees the same doctor. They bounce us around constantly because there’s never any openings then you wait forever just to see a doctor. I have called and been put on hold towards the end of the day only to stay on hold until they close . Half the time they are using WebMD to give you answers. All the good doctors are gone or have moved on from the facility.
My son's occupational therapist, Miss Kayla, is awesome. He loves spending time with her. She is patient and kind and has taught me many useful strategies for me to be able to help him.
Karianne gerber is a great doctor I absolutely love her
In-house staff, doctors and nurses are all wonderful. HOWEVER, their scheduling staff, specifically Kennedy, is of ZERO help. She speaks to patients on the phone as if they are to know all procedures and schedules, then gets rude and snippy if they don't. Instead of her continuing to belittle and be snarky towards me, I politely ended the phone call. Her employment should be terminated.
