Check in/out people are so rude. Was given an 'assistant' instead of a nurse which was unprofessional. The assistant was nice but she did EVERYTHING. She didn't assist just was basically on her own. My daughter needed blood drawninto a vile and it took ten minutes of screaming and crying and blood everywhere because she was messing up. So. Much. Blood all over the paper, my daughter, the nurses and me. It was awful and traumatic. Then had trouble with shots and band aids. Again no help from the nurse standing behind her. Doc... read more
Don't take kids here they are horrible to kids and expect you to wait on them but make you reschedule
