my kids have gone here since 2009 and all the Dr's and nurses are great and caring 💙💙💙
So my one year one son has had a constant lazy eye since birth. And we just moved to alliance and started to see kellie Hayes. She was very quick to refer us to Akron children’s vision center to address his eye. (He has been seen by multiple doctors about his eye at this point. Everyone telling us he would be fine!) Turns out his right eye is extremely undeveloped and he is almost blind in that eye. The eye doctor said she saved him from being completely blind. Dr. Rhee is great and always so friendly, professional and answers any and all questions. I love having the option of the nurse line and after hours nurse line and always receive a call back in a reasonable time. The office is always good at accommodating a same day or next day appointment when needed due to sickness. Overall, I feel like it’s a great place that’s close to home.
We mainly see Doctor Woodward. I think she is very professional and thorough. She has always been pleasant and taken the time to address any of our questions and issues. I also think the nurse hotline is efficient and very helpful. My calls are returned quickly and all of my concerns and questions are addressed. I like how close it is to my home and how quickly I can get my child in for sick appointments. Staff has always been friendly. Terrible service all around. Dr. Woodward is rude and unprofessional. Along with all of the reception staffing. Took my kids in for a wellness checkup and they came home sick with croup and strep! This place is dirty and no where you would want to take your children.
