Absolutely NO sense of urgency. Any time I’ve been here. Currently going on two hours waiting for a room for my infant with a fever of 105. I feel like this is a huge joke. Get the patients in and out. If it didn’t take them an hour per discharge it wouldn’t be so bad. If you come here plan on making a day of it. The urgent care in fairlawn is way better. Learned my lesson for the last time.

Recommending an urgent care when your office is open (and you JUST saw my daughter 2 days ago) is TERRIBLE!!! This is the second time we’ve been recommended to an urgent care when you have office hours!!! If you can’t treat your patients- stop accepting new ones!!!!
RecommendedWe went to the ER for an emergency with my son. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, caring, and doted on my son. It did take a while to get back into a room, however it was mildly busy. But once we were back in a room, everything went quickly, with very little waiting. All of the nurses were incredible, along with tge doctor on call, and the x-ray technicians. I highly recommend this location.
Do not go here and see DOCTOR EDWARD BEATTY IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT he will discriminate you as the parent for having health issues. I know because I toke my child there on January 25th and it happened to me!!!
RecommendedIf you’re looking for a Pulmonologist, go to Akron Children’s in Boardman. Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany Morales & the staff are incredible! They educate parents & even go to your child’s school to educate staff if you ask! They specialize a plan to avoid ER visits ♥️ #weloveakronchildrenshospital

RecommendedMy son is autistic had a procedure done today. The staff was beyond amazing. Made it a great experience.
Can I give a hard thumbs down. Lastnight we waited over 3hours and were not even called back to sit in a room really? How does a Large company have little to no help.. My child is very I'll still today and I cant bring her back here to sit yet another 3 hours in the lobby wait room to not be seen by a medical professional. I have been with ACH Pediatrics since 2013 and the service keeps dropping and dropping. Management is poor and staff are few and far in between.....sad,very sad to see.
