This office is incredible. Dr. Akpinar is a kind, compassionate, caring and efficient pediatrician. He has been with our children since birth; and we are highly satisfied with this office. Our kids absolutely love coming in to the office. The office staff is amazing, kind and always helps with whatever paperwork or records are needed. 5 stars to Dr. Akpinar and his staff!!!!

This office is bottom tier. The staff that answer the phones lack professionalism at all times. No one in there is organized. It seems that everyone is confused and running back and forth like a chicken with their heads cut off. I gave this office a chance for 1 year and every single experience left me feeling dysregulated. I took my infant to her PCP to be evaluated and he literally told me that "There is nothing wrong with her, she looks fine mom." I have this engrained in my head btw.
