Horrible return policy. Our company purchased a part in January by credit card and ended up returning the part. They would not credit our credit card for the return. They will not issue a refund check. They issued us a credit for a future purchase but what if we don't want to buy anything from them again? Or what if we buy something 6 months from now and they don't apply the credit? So if you choose to buy from them and for some reason the part is not what you want you are pretty much screwed on getting your money back... read more
