Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to look at a used vehicle and when I came back in to make an offer the sales manager came in to ask where I got my numbers from I told him research. He came back in and told me that they don't care to work with me. I have never had a business or sales person just dismiss someone like that before. I will never return and have made it known that I would never recommend them to anyone.

🤬We made an appointment to have our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica serviced over a week in advance. We dropped it off Sunday evening with the instructions to be serviced. As of Tuesday morning, I have been told that the appointment is "just a place holder in line" for WHEN the dealership can look at the vehicle, but that they won't get to it for another "couple days".
