I usually rave about this dealer, but on the fence today. Made an appointment days ago to get new tires installed (over $1,500). Made appointment for 9:00 and made sure they would have me “out the door” long before 12:00. Appointment confirmed by 2 different ladies the day before. (3 hours to change tires?) Arrived early for my appointment. 5 minutes after arriving, was told they would “try” to get me out by 2:00!!! Said they had a lot of appointments today. They took my car for a week and they put almost 800 miles on it and did NOT fix the problem we brought it in for and now having new problems with the radio and are waiting on a replacement radio which is now back order with a delivery date already past. Came back with damaged rear bumper, scratches on the fender and a stain on the leather seat, dirty inside and out and almost empty gas tank. Found the scratches and damage after I left the dealership. They would have never told me what they did.
