Dr. Chhatre performed my epidural steroid procedure. He was very responsive to my pain. He went out of his way to slot me into his very busy schedule. He explained the process as he went along and has helped manage my pain while I await back surgery. I would highly recommend him and the Greenspring location.
I called to make a new patient appointment (self-pay) and had one simple question. Instead, I was shuffled through six different phone numbers and spoke to four different people, none of whom could give me a clear answer. Not only was no one helpful, but the entire experience felt like a bureaucratic maze. As the first line of contact, front office staff are a reflection of the physician and their practice. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Chhatre made my procedure seem simple. Not only did the staff do their job well, but they enjoyed doing it.
Called me in early, for a 5 minute procedure, made me wait 4 hours. I lost half days worth of work pay. Too disorganised and unprofessional. Had fresh college students stab my spine.
