We used Akels in North Little Rock for the tile and carpet in our new lake house. The salesman was great to work with and very helpful. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and have reasonable prices.
Akel's is a great place for tile and other materials. But the best part was working with Todd Crites. Todd went above and beyond regarding tile/accent needed for my fireplace. He has great taste and knows his stuff, but especially cares for his clients. 5 stars, but especially for Todd!
I would like to say that Stephen Gessner is a man of integrity and I want to thank you for your help!
We walked in and showed a picture of the floors that we have and said we need something to blend. The man said well here are the wood floors, then walked behind the counter and immediately got on his cell phone. Only when we were walking out did he ask if we liked anything. There are too many flooring places in Maumelle to use somewhere with no customer service.
The guys over there extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Loved working with them!
We had some issues with the installation of our floors but were finally able to get someone to come out and repair the transition pieces that came loose and broke.
Looking for a place with great people, plenty of flooring options and trustworthy installers? Then Akels Design Center (Maumelle) is where to go. Todd (Sales) was awesome to work with. Tony and Taylor (installers) did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I highly recommend.
We went to Akel's Design Center for flooring in our entire house. We were very impressed with Ashlee who helped us with our decisions for flooring. We were also very satisfied with the people who installed the flooring. They were very courteous and professional.
