Would give 0 stars if I could. First appointment with this provider I noticed him standing in the hallway on his phone a lot. When he finally came into the room he barely even looked at me and didn’t even say hi or introduce himself. Sat down and started doing something on his phone for a minute and then got logged into the computer and started firing off questions. Did not care for him at all. Didn’t get any communication after my procedure and didn’t get test results for 2 months. Still dealing with the same issue for 16 months. Not good at all. And not to mention he was running behind by over a hour for my first appt and I was still very nice and patient.
Dr. Bhatt was amazing. Most importantly, he really took his time and listened to me, and clearly spent time thinking through my issues. But beyond that, I had to ask to bring my baby in with me as I had no childcare but really needed this appointment. He was completely understanding and kind about that situation. Both as a person and as a professional, Dr. Bhatt is amazing and I would absolutely recommend him.
Dr,. Bhatt is an excellent doctor of Gastroenterology. He is caring but very professional. I recommend him highly.
